TAT ON ITEMS

All items will have their appropriate TAT in each description. Be sure to read over each description carefully as items cannot be cancelled once order is placed.

preorder items

Preorder items are items that are not yet out of the production and listing process. By ordering a preorder product, you are reserving your item to be one of the first to get your hands on it! All preorder items have an ETA listed. Remember, these are ESTIMATED. With the inconsistency of the postal system lately, the items may be a couple of days before or after give or take. You will be kept up to date via email about the status of your preorder item. Preorder items cannot be cancelled after placing the order.

RETURNS

Cotton & Willow has a 2 week return policy from date items are received. All returns will receive store credit not including tax and shipping. Customers will be responsible for all return costs. For returns, please email us with your name and order number. If you have any other questions regarding returns, do not hesitate to reach out!
